Mary Fernandez

Mary Fernandez began her career very early in life in New York City where she grew up.  She was first introduced to Real Estate in 1986 during her tenure at Onel Alfaro Esq. Law firm where she participated in closing her first real estate transactions.  After a few years with the firm, she began working for a financial consulting company “MCG & Associates,” she was the first employee to join the startup company.  MCG & Associates achieved recognition and attention in Wall Street. The company grew into a reputable business and competed with Fortune 500 companies in the industry.

After 9/11 and with much consideration, Mary and her family decided to move to Orlando in search of a new beginning after the tragic event.  Soon after relocating, Mary began working for a local real estate company in Orlando. Shortly after, she was promoted to office Manager.  During her tenure as Office Manager she supervised, maintained and closed over 2000 real estate transactions while she organized the company’s infrastructure through its rapid growth in 2003 and 2004.

After obtaining her real estate license she was promoted to Sales Manager.  She directed the general real estate office, trained employees and sales agents in numerous aspects of the business including; investment homes sales, 1031 exchange and residential real estate transactions.  In 2006 Mary was instrumental in developing an aggressive marketing strategy, which sold over $12 Million dollars in real estate in just a few weeks. 

After 4 years of operating a company she could not call her own, Mary was determined to continue her career and start her own business.  John Hayton who worked with Mary and was the top selling agent in the firm established an idea to come together and form a partnership which created a new business venture.  After much success in their working relationship, they both share the same objective and aspirations for real estate.  Together they bring many years of experience and knowledge, which have benefit the clients they service.  Mary continues to redefine and recreate competitive real estate strategies to further enhance the growth of the company she and John have built together.  Mary has over 20 years of experience and still counting.
