I have noticed over the last few months an increasing number of realtors that list REO/FORECLOSURES short changing their clients with the quality of the listing they present on the MLS and other such sites.Just because it's a short sale or a foreclosure doesn't mean you have to try any less with the listing. I think because these realtors think they are "in" with a bank or a client thats the job done nothing could be further from the true they deserve exactly the same level of commitment from their realtor as an undistressed sale. They are also lazy about questions from a buyers agent for example in the listing it might say don't ring me email me and I will answer when I can. This drives buyers agents away again bad service to the bank or seller.
In this market every realtor should be prepared to go the extra mile whether it's a short sale, foreclosure or a normal sale.
