John Hayton

John Hayton was born in Manchester England, where he worked in the gaming industry and by 1991 he set up his own accounting office. By 2000 his business had increased which lead to expanding the number of offices. After many years dedicated to his business John was ready to make a change for his family.  In 2002 he moved with his family to Orlando.  He successfully negotiated the immigration process and obtained their green card in 2006.

When John arrived to Orlando he established his own British food store located in Old Town Orlando.  He then developed a wholesaling business and began importing British food while dealing with the FDA and all their import regulations.  Once again he managed to build a company from the ground up.  Once his business took off he was able to move forward to his next project. 

Shortly after John successfully obtained his Real Estate License, he immediately began to work for an independent real estate office in Orlando.  During his tenure with the realty company John became one of the top selling agent and distinguished for his knowledge and experience with immigration laws combined with Real Estate.  He offered his clients a service like no other. 

Although John was appreciative of the experience he gained out of the company he worked for, he had a desire and the ability to do more.  Therefore, he moved on and joined Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. , Inc in Orlando, which gives him more freedom to pursue his idea of customer service, immigration and real estate. This year John successfully completed a workshop on short sales and foreclosures. This has given him the knowledge to better serve his clients in this very challenging market.  Together John and Mary developed a seamless process to handle any type of real estate transaction in a stress free setting for their clients.
