I keep hearing from people how bad the real estate market is, how realtors are having to get other jobs to support themselves.I have been a real estate professional for 5 years and I have to say the last 6 months have been amongst the busiest I have experienced. I don't think it's down to luck but hard work you have to go and meet people, you have to put yourself out there with open houses,advertising and email campaigns. This is hard work and might not show immediate results but as long as you keep doing theses things when someone to buy or sell real estate they will remember you and thus you get the business. You are either a full time professional or you are not it's that simple.
